• We offer free Standard Shipping on all domestic orders over $24.00 USD.
International Shipping

Order Tracking

• Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
• If you haven't received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at noveltyunlimited@icloud.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping Liability and Risk of Loss
•Novelty Unlimited Inc. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
• If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
• If a package is confirmed as delivered by the carrier but you have not received it (often referred to as "porch piracy"), please contact the carrier and your local authorities. We are not responsible for shipments stolen after confirmed delivery.
