Refund policy

Non-Returnable Items

The following types of goods are exempt from being returned:

• Downloadable software products

• Personalized or custom-made items

• Items sold as "Final Sale" or "As-Is"

Return Process

1. Contact Us: Before sending any item back, please contact our customer service team via email at noveltyunlimited@icloud.com to initiate the return process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions via email.

2. Ship the Item: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Include Information: Clearly include the RMA number, your name, and the order number inside the package.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
