Accepted Payment Methods
We strive to make your purchasing experience convenient. We accept the following payment methods:

Security
For security, the billing name and address must match that of the payment method. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not comply with this or our other security checks.
Your card or other method of payment will not be charged until your order is accepted and shipped. However, it may show a pre-authorisation of the funds immediately upon order. Payment will be taken for pre-ordered or personalised items at the time – or shortly after – you submit your order and in advance of shipping.
State and local sales tax may be added to orders shipped to the following states: AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, IL, IA, IN, KY, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MS, NV, NJ, NY, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI and any other states that may have enacted laws imposing sales tax on internet sales.
We prioritize the security of your payment information. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store sensitive payment information such as full credit card numbers on our servers.
Pricing and Currency
• Currency: All prices are listed and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD)unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Taxes: All applicable taxes (e.g., sales tax, VAT) will be added to the price of the goods or services and calculated at checkout or listed separately on the invoice.
Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
If you have a billing question or dispute, please contact our billing department immediately at noveltyunlimited.com. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
• Initiating a chargeback with your financial institution without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in the suspension of your account and future purchasing restrictions.
Cancellations
For policies regarding the cancellation of an order or a service subscription, please refer to our separate [Link to Cancellation Policy, if separate] or the terms outlined in your specific service agreement.
If your payment has been declined:
- Check that your details are correct, such as your 16-digit card number or 3 or 4-digit security code.
- Make sure your card or payment method has not expired.
- If your payment continues to be declined, contact your bank or payment provider.
For saved payment details:
- Check your selected card has not expired.
- Make sure the billing address matches that registered for your card or payment method.
- Check the 3 or 4-digit security code is correct. For security we will ask for this whenever you make a purchase.
